Treats of Nevada City is getting into the spirit of things for the Wild & Scenic Film Festival by introducing a special “Wild Flavors” series of ice cream. Using local native plants they will have bay leaf, douglas fir and yerba santa flavored ice cream and sorbet. What’s your favorite local plant? Have you ever tried cooking with any of them?
